Erin Stewart

I’m happy to meet you! I’m Erin, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate practicing at Riverside Counseling Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I see the counseling relationship as a warm and safe space for witnessing, celebrating, mourning, and dancing. When you enter my office, we will work together at your pace with your goals as our guide. I believe that clinical counseling is sacred, collaborative work between the client and therapist. I am honored to work with individual children, teens, and adults to process traumatic experiences, discover a positive sense of self, and address issues such as abuse, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, unwanted behavior, emotional regulation, stress, and more.
